Update
Students in Grade 5 and 6 have finished their first teamwork dance project. They discussed our question, "How does your identity as an artist impact yourself, others around you and the broader community". We have also talked about how might you create your own identity as an artist.
Grade 5 will be creating a dance based on fairytales and Disney stories.
Grade 6 is also starting a new project about telling a story through dance.
Grade 7 has finished their first Jive and Jazz dance. They are currently working on a disco dance.
Grade 8 has finished their first Latin dance. They are currently working on a musical theater dance.
Grade 9 just presented a lyrical dance for Remembrance day. They are working on a broadway style dance.
